With motorsport restarting just over two months ago and more Autotests now being held in Northern Ireland we have summarised the current Covid-19 guidance for entrants and spectators with out 10 point guide.
An event to blow the cobwebs off. Larne Motor Club hosted a closed autotest with very limited entry of 17 drivers due to current Covid restrictions.
Thoroughbred Sports Car Club of Northern Ireland will host the first autotest out of lockdown on the 6th August 2020. The event conveniently named the 'Lockbreaker Autotest' will be held at Kirkistown Racecourse.
After careful consideration, regrettably it is our current intention not to run the Ken Wharton Memorial Autotests this year for the first time in it’s 63 year history.
While it is recognised that, with the easing of Lockdown restrictions, some competitors and marshals would like to see Autotesting return, the Committee has decided not to organise any further events this year.
